ABOUT

MEET EMILY

The heart behind Compassionate Hearts & Hands.

Hi, I’m Emily, the founder of Compassionate Hearts & Hands. I’m an Allied Health Assistant, Support Worker, Babysitter, Early Learning & Primary Tutor, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, and I created Compassionate Hearts & Hands because I wanted to provide support that brings all of these areas together.

My goal is to help children work towards their goals while feeling supported, encouraged and confident along the way. I work closely with your child’s allied health professionals to carry their therapy goals into everyday life, whether that’s through movement, strength, Pilates, therapy programs, community support or simply helping them build more confidence and independence.

I want to be an all-round support for your child and one of their biggest advocates, someone who understands their goals, works alongside their therapy team, celebrates their progress and genuinely wants to see them succeed.

For me, it’s not just about providing a service. It’s about getting to know your child, understanding what they’re working towards, and doing everything I can to help them get there.
